Elated-(Abalone with Tomato Sauce)
Overview
The tomatoes grown in my father's and mother's own courtyard are ecologically pollution-free and have a mellow sour taste. They are paired with baby abalone and chopped with a flower knife, and are carefully blended to taste sweet and sour. My daughter-in-law named her heart elated
