Peel the baby potatoes.

Soak cherry tomatoes in light salt water and wash thoroughly.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, cut the small potatoes into slices, and cut the green pepper into small pieces.

Blanch potato slices in boiling water until medium cooked.

Put a little oil in the pan, add tomato sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.
