Put all ingredients except butter into bread machine and knead dough.

Add butter and knead until a film forms.

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.

Take out the fermented dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Place the dough into an 11-inch baking pan and roll it out to cover the entire baking pan. Place hot water in the oven to ferment until doubled in size.

Remove and prick small holes with a fork.

Brush with egg wash.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onion. Place in preheated oven at 160 degrees for 15 minutes. (The temperature and time are determined according to your own oven)

Take it out and let it cool slightly. Use a knife to make a slit without breaking it, so that it can be rolled without cracking.
