Cold Nasturtium
Overview
Nasturtium is both a flower and edible. It is used as a salad dish in Western food, and I make it as a cold dish. Nasturtium can clear away heat and detoxify, and can treat upper respiratory tract infections, tonsillitis, and pharyngitis. It is mainly used for sore throat, chronic tonsillitis, carbuncle sores, aphtha, and red eyes. However, it should not be consumed for a long time.
