Cut the cucumber in half, remove the cucumber seeds and wash it. Cut the washed cucumber into slices, the shape is according to personal preference. (Put the cut cucumber slices into the crisper)

After adding a little salt to the cucumber slices, start shaking the crisper to make the cucumber water seep out quickly. After the cucumber slices become soft, wash them with clean water and drain off the excess water.

Add the chopped chili and garlic to the drained cucumber slices, a little salt, an appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar and soy sauce (if you like to add sesame oil, you can also add sesame oil). Shake the crisper for another 2-3 minutes before loading into plates.
