Cut tomatoes, onions and beef into small cubes or mince

Heat the oil pan and stir-fry the onions first, then stir-fry the minced meat. Add some oil to the pan and stir-fry the tomatoes. Stir-fry the tomatoes until they turn into tomato paste, then add salt to taste

Stir-fry the side dishes and cook the pasta in cold water in another pot. Season with some salt

Add the previously stir-fried minced meat and onions into the tomato pot and stir-fry together, then add salt and black pepper to taste

Drain the cooked noodles and put them on a plate. Add the stir-fried tomato meat sauce to the pasta and garnish with cucumber shreds. . .
