Overview

After cleaning up the inventory, I found that I bought some red beans years ago, so I made some extra noodles to make bean paste pies, and I steamed a pot of bean paste buns with the leftovers.

  1. Soak the red beans in cold water for 1 day and store them in the refrigerator at night.

  2. Put the water in the pressure cooker, pour in the soaked red beans, cover and cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Knead the dough with baking powder and ferment it in a warm room for 2 hours until the dough rises.

  6. Place on a chopping board and knead until smooth, and roll into long strips.
