Fried Green Broad Beans
Overview
Generally, the dried broad beans you buy are earthy yellow. This green broad bean is a new broad bean that is on the market. I dried it myself. In order to prevent the sun-dried broad beans from turning khaki, I specially peeled the skins of the broad beans and dried them in a ventilated place. After a little drying, I moved them to a cool and ventilated place to dry completely, so as not to lose their color due to constant exposure to the sun. Therefore, the dried broad beans are also green, and they still show some green after frying. Although the taste is still that of broad beans, in the severe winter, looking at these green broad beans makes me feel much better
