Steamed Egg with Sea Sausage and Minced Pork
Overview
In spring and summer, all kinds of small seafood begin to be on the market, and coastal folks can enjoy the delicious seafood in large quantities. Among all the seafood, my favorite is the sea sausage that can make my eyebrows fall off. There are no words to express the deliciousness of this mollusk sea animal. This dish is what my mother often makes for us. It contains eggs, meat, and sea sausage. With a spoonful of it, you can feel the softness of the eggs, the crispness of the sea sausage, and the aroma of the meat filling. Often, this big bowl is filled by me alone, and I don’t need to eat it with any kind of rice. It is definitely the enemy of weight loss!
