Pasta with prosciutto
Overview
I forgot where I saw this method, but I remembered it, and just in time for the competition, I put the image in my mind into practice. I only made a little bit, just to present it to everyone. I personally think this is indeed a very interesting method. It also tastes good when topped with tomato sauce, black pepper, etc. after putting it on the plate.
