Overview
Carrot (carrot) lean meat soup is sweet and has the effect of relieving cough and moisturizing the lungs. During the Chinese New Year, I had it once at my aunt's house. The meat was particularly tender and I thought it was very delicious. So I asked my aunt carefully about how to make it, and I made it once at home. It was very successful, so I share it with you foodies. This method is different from the ordinary soup method. It has a typical Hunan style method, stir-frying first, and then boiling the soup.
