Chive flowers
Overview
Leek flowers, also known as chive flowers, are white flower clusters that grow on leek moss in autumn. They are mostly picked before they bloom, ground and pickled into sauce for consumption. Farmers call them chive flowers. Chive flowers can stimulate the appetite, enhance appetite, and promote digestion. Chive flowers are rich in calcium, phosphorus, iron, carotene, riboflavin, ascorbic acid and other health-promoting ingredients.

Remove old stems from fresh leek flowers (wash several times)

Spread it out in a ventilated place to dry
