Steamed hairy crab

Our family likes to eat hairy crabs ~ we often buy them and steam them ourselves.

Steps

1. 1 Wash the hairy crabs with a toothbrush~

   

2. 2 Chop the ginger and garlic

   

3. 3 Add ginger and garlic to remove the fishy smell

   

4. 4 Prepare the steamer

   

5. 5 Put the hairy crabs into the steamer

   

6. 6 Cover and steam for about an hour

   

7. 7 Fragrant hairy crabs are out of the oven

   

8. 8 Remove the rope

   

9. 9 All I bought were female crabs. It’s the season~there are a lot of lambs

   

10. 10 Let’s eat
