Homemade Tomato Sauce
Overview
How can you eat French fries without ketchup? I only fried the tomatoes I bought a few days ago and didn't eat them again. I happened to be frying French fries, so let's use up the tomatoes! There are no additives in the tomato sauce you make, so your children can eat it with confidence.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, put the tomatoes in and blanch them for about a minute, then the skins of the tomatoes will bloom. Peel the tomatoes clean and cut into pieces.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and put them into a crusher to crush them.

Put the tomato juice into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
