Stir-fried king oyster mushrooms with green pepper
Overview
To be honest, king oyster mushrooms are not often cooked at my house. It’s not that I don’t like them, but it’s just that it’s inconvenient to buy them. Today I specifically asked my dad to buy some for me when he goes to the supermarket. In the evening, I personally cooked this dish of stir-fried king oyster mushrooms with green pepper. To tear the king oyster mushrooms into thin strips with your hands really requires patience. To use my mother’s words, I’ve finished each dish and you haven’t finished tearing the king oyster mushrooms yet. There’s nothing you can do about it. If you want delicious, tender and delicious king oyster mushrooms, it really takes a lot of effort.
