Blanch the pork ribs and set aside.

Gently tear the hydrangeas into small pieces, add 1 tablespoon of salt and soak them to remove the moldy smell. Soak them, then wash them and take them out when it is time to put them in the pot.

Boil the ribs in a pot under cold water. After the water boils, turn down the heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Add the sea clams and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
