I made this Sexy Glutinous Rice Milk without filtering the residue of glutinous rice and almonds, because I like it to be a little chewy and very sweet~ Students who don’t like it can use gauze or a filter to filter it once or twice~

Preparation materials: glutinous rice, American almonds, white sugar

Soak the glutinous rice for 2 hours in advance and soak the almonds in warm water for 1 hour.

Peel the skin off the almonds.

Pour the almonds, soaked glutinous rice, and a cup of water into a food processor and stir for 3 minutes (you can also beat it longer for a more delicate texture)

Pour the beaten slurry into the cooking pot, bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer for 1-2 minutes and turn off the heat. (Be careful to stir with a spoon while cooking, otherwise it will easily stick to the pot)
