Wash the enoki mushrooms and remove the old roots.

A package of bacon.

Cut the bacon in half.

Take a handful of enoki mushrooms, roll them up, and secure them with toothpicks.

All rolled.

Add oil to pan and add bacon rolls.

After frying one side, flip and fry the other side until golden brown. Remember to pull out the toothpicks one by one!

Pour soy sauce and cornstarch into another small bowl and mix well.

Pour the remaining oil into the pot and bring to a boil.

Pour the gravy onto the enoki mushrooms, and sprinkle with black pepper and white sesame seeds.
