Dried vegetables should be soaked in water beforehand;

Blanch the pork bones and rinse them with water;

Put the dried vegetables, pork bones, red dates and candied dates into the soup pot and simmer for 1.5 hours; do not add the wolfberry

Finally add the wolfberry;

Pat a little ginger with the back of a knife, add it to the soup, and simmer for another five minutes;

Finally add salt to taste and serve
