Garlic water spinach
Overview
Water spinach is on the market in summer. My son likes to eat water spinach very much. As soon as summer comes, he asks if he can buy it. However, water spinach is still delicious from the south, because the water in the south is abundant, and the water spinach grown in the south is very tender!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Water spinach: Choose thin stems with white color and narrow leaves. This kind of water spinach is not old and tastes good
-
Choose a good soak
-
Clap three garlic cloves and set aside
-
Heat oil in a pot (you can add a little more oil when frying these green leafy vegetables), add garlic and stir-fry, then add water spinach. Be sure to stir-fry over high heat
-
Just fry until the leaves change and immediately add salt and MSG before serving. This will prevent the leaves from turning black.
