Prepare the leftover rice, carrots, eggs, and Cantonese sausage from the last rice bowl.

Remove the outer layer of the Cantonese sausage and cut into cubes. Peel the carrots, wash and cut into cubes.

Beat the eggs with a little cooking wine.

Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the egg liquid and stir-fry until cooked.

Leave oil in the pot, fry the diced sausage first to release the fat, then add the diced carrot and stir-fry for half a minute.

Add rice and stir-fry.
