Open the lid of the can of corn kernels and drain the corn kernels slightly

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, heat it up, add the carrot cubes and stir-fry over low heat. Because carrots are fat-soluble ingredients, add them in first

Then add corn kernels and stir-fry over high heat

After one minute, add the diced cucumbers and continue to stir-fry. When the diced cucumbers are broken, add salt, sugar and chicken essence to taste. Add a few drops of sesame oil and serve. If you have cooked pine nuts or chopped peanuts at home, sprinkle them in before serving, and the taste and texture will be even better.
