Squeeze the carrot juice and set aside.

I felt that kneading the dough was a bit tiring, so I used a kitchen machine to knead the dough by hand instead.

Cut the dough into pieces about 5 cm thick.

Use the dough press to press the dough back and forth 6-8 times.

Then put the pressed dough sheet onto the cutting edge and shake the handle of the dough press to cut the noodles.

Cut out the noodles!

The noodles need to be boiled in boiling water for about 2 minutes, then immersed in cold water and set aside.
