Spaghetti with Bolognese Sauce
Overview
I accidentally ate it at a friend's house and it was very delicious. I asked for advice and came back to try it myself. Unexpectedly, it was very delicious! Personally, I think it tastes better than the one in my tea restaurant. There are not many ingredients, but it makes the whole meat sauce very fresh, not greasy at all, and super appetizing. My son destroyed a whole plate by himself!

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and mince the pork (I forgot to take a photo here).

After the water boils, add the pasta, add some salt, and cook for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. When soft, remove to serving plate. It is more refreshing to drink it with cold boiled water, because it is winter, and it tastes delicious.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced meat and stir-fry.

Put tomatoes, add salt, sugar, add some water and cook together.

Smash the tomatoes into a puree, peel them off, mix well, and then pour it on top of the pasta!

My 5-year-old son finished it all by himself...a very appetizing staple dish.
