According to our chef, this dish should be an authentic Huainan home-cooked dish. It is similar to the boiled dry shredded noodles, except that the soup is a little more watery, and this one needs to be stir-fried. The fragrance of garlic sprouts and the strength of dried shreds make it a delicious home-cooked dish.

Clean and wash the garlic, and split the coarser ones at the root.

Cut garlic into sections,

Cut the tofu skin into thin strips.

Slices of ham sausage.

Add oil to the pot and saute garlic until fragrant.

Pour in the dried shreds and stir-fry for a while, then add salt and light soy sauce.
