Chopped Pepper Enoki Mushroom

Overview

A simple steamed dish, perfect for novices and those who love chili.

Wash the enoki mushrooms and place them in a disk, as shown in the picture. Friends can also place them vertically but spread them out, so that they can be easily absorbed. Add some chili sauce and sprinkle with a little salt. Steam in a steamer over water.
You can chop green onions while steaming.
It will collapse a bit after steaming.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Heat the oil in the pan and pour the oil on it. It's ready to eat.
