Cut fresh lean meat into shreds, add salt, light and dark soy sauce, sesame oil, and a small amount of starch and mix well.

Clean and cut off the garlic moss.

Heat oil in a pan, first add shredded pork and stir-fry garlic moss. Add a small amount of salt and chicken essence to season with the pan.
