Roasted loofah
Overview
The loofah is soft and smooth, and the sauce is evenly wrapped on the loofah. A bite of the loofah fills your mouth with the salty, garlicky taste. The loofah actually has such a texture!

Steps
-
Ingredients: Luffa, garlic, onion.
-
Cut the loofah into hob pieces, flatten the garlic and chop into small pieces, and chop the green onion into finely chopped pieces.
-
Put the chopped garlic and chopped green onion (reserve some for frying) into a bowl, add salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, pepper powder, water, and starch.
-
Turn on the heat, pour oil into the pot, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add the luffa and stir-fry for a while to allow the luffa to slowly absorb the oil and onion aroma in the pot.
-
When the loofah becomes soft, add a small amount of water just enough to cover the loofah.
-
When the water gradually reduces and the loofah is mature, pour the sauce along the side of the pot, stir-fry evenly, and turn off the heat.
-
Plate and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
