Fried dough sticks are a staple food for people’s breakfast. Its crispy texture tempts the appetite. After two adjustments, I made this fried dough stick which is nutritious and healthy, crispy and attractive, does not harden overnight, and takes a short time to make. It is suitable for home-made pasta.

First mix the ingredients except flour and mix well.

Add flour and mix evenly.

Stir until flour is dry.
