Minced Pork and Peas

My baby likes to eat peas, so I often buy them. Especially this minced meat and peas, it goes very well with rice!

Prepare ingredients.

Peel and blanch peas.

Blanch the peas and soak them in water for a while. Chop the lean meat into small pieces and add a little salt and wine.

Heat oil in a cold pan, pour in the lean meat and spread it out.

Saute the lean meat until fragrant, and add the garlic and green onions.
