【Fruit pieces exploding on the tip of the tongue】Emperor Mandarin Jam
Overview
I tried making jam in previous years without success. I stupidly peeled off the fruit's peel and threw it directly into the pot to cook. . . Then add some sugar to taste. As a result, the finished product tasted so bad that it had to be thrown away! The jam tastes like spoiled fruit! I have really learned a lot here now, and there is so much preparation work for making jam, which is really tiring. . . But the finished product this time is impressive. . . The homemade jam is really delicious and natural, you can eat it with confidence! Sweet citrus jam, with a little bitterness, its own unique bitterness, not overly bitter, the most natural bitterness. . . The jam I made this time was not specially mashed, so the pulp was eaten in my mouth. As long as I pay a little attention, I will feel the interesting explosion of each small piece of pulp on the tip of my tongue. . .

Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel as many emperor mandarin oranges as needed.
-
Peel the skin and white membrane of the emperor tangerine.
-
Remove the white film and core of the emperor tangerine.
-
Add some sugar to the peeled pulp and marinate it.
-
The peeled pulp has been left in the refrigerator for one night, and some water has come out.
-
Put the two into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn down the heat and simmer slowly. (I use an electric pot, so after boiling it directly, press the keep warm button to simmer slowly.)
-
Boil the jam until it becomes thick.
-
After cooling, place into a sterilized sealed jar and refrigerate.
