【Qingdao】Homemade sea jelly
Overview
I once had sea jelly in Qingdao and I have never forgotten it. As a foodie, I must try my best to make the food I like. After checking the information, I felt that it was not difficult, so I took the initiative to make it. Haha, it was a success the first time! The prepared sea jelly is crystal clear and very refreshing after being mixed with it. It feels pretty good. Although it is a bit troublesome to make it yourself, you don’t have to go to Qingdao when you want to eat it, haha.

Beat the dried Gelidium to remove the sand and salt inside

Rinse repeatedly with clean water
