Electric pan roasted eggplant

Overview

I used half of yesterday's eggplant. Let’s have grilled ruzi and beef rolls today.

Steps

1. 1 Wash the eggplant and soak in salt for 10 minutes.

   

2. 2 Remove and skewer the eggplant and beef with skewers and set aside.

   

3. 3 Have ingredients ready.

   

4. 4 Take out the electric baking pan and preheat it.

   

5. 5 Brush oil and power on.

   

6. 6 Add skewers.

   

7. 7 Put the lid on and start working.

   

8. 8 Add seasonings and flip one side to grill the other side.
