Wash the eggplant and cut into segments

Make a cross cut on the cut surface of the eggplant, do not cut into sections at the bottom. If you are afraid of accidentally cutting it, you can use two chopsticks to hold the eggplant and cut it.

While steaming the eggplant, add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, sugar, light soy sauce and chopped green pepper to the mashed garlic to make a sauce. [I didn’t have chopped pepper so I had to use chutney instead

After cutting the eggplant flowers, steam the eggplants until cooked.

Just pour the seasoning on the eggplant

Pour the seasonings on top and then pour a little hot oil and it’s OK
