Chayote Salad
Overview
There are so many chayotes that I don’t know how to eat them. In fact, there are many ways to eat this thing, it just depends on which way you can accept. This day, I suddenly had a flash of inspiration - don't you have salad juice on hand? How about a salad made of chayote? Of course, chayote is not widely popular to begin with, and these dishes cannot be expected to receive acclaim; they are purely for my own entertainment. I didn't use a grater board because the shreds were too thin and the vegetable shreds would wilt when they were soaked in water. Just cut it into shreds, cut it into strips, and eat it with a crisp and tender texture. Use a roasted sesame-flavored salad dressing and add a few sesame seeds to increase the sesame flavor.
