Prepare the spareribs and chop them into pieces. Use the clean ribs in the middle, leaving the backbone at one end for stew

Blanch the prepared ribs in boiling water to remove the moisture

Boil water in a wok, put the ribs into a wok with boiling water, add a spoonful of cooking wine and a spoonful of salt, bring to a boil, cover, lower the heat and simmer for half an hour

Remove the cooked ribs and dry them

Put the ribs into a small pot, add salt, five-spice powder, and chopped onions

Mix well and marinate for more than 1 hour. (You can make it in the evening and put the marinated ribs in the refrigerator. The taste will be better the next day)

Heat a wide amount of oil in a wok. When the oil is half hot, add the marinated pork ribs and fry over medium heat.

Fry until the outside of the ribs becomes charred and changes color.

Remove and serve on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds while hot
