Shredded Pork Noodles with Pickled Vegetables

I like to eat noodles, and pickled cabbage and shredded pork noodles are one of the common noodles on my family’s dining table. They are fresh and tender, and the noodles are smooth.

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the meat into shreds, add salt, cooking wine, pepper, and cornstarch, mix well, and marinate in the refrigerator for more than half an hour.

Heat the oil in the pan and stir-fry the shallots and ginger.

Add shredded pork and fry until it changes colour.

Add pickles, sugar and salt and stir well.

Just add a little water and boil.

The noodles are cooked.

Add the fried pickled cabbage and shredded pork, sprinkle some minced green garlic and serve with the stock.
