  1. Prepare the ingredients.

  2. Cut the meat into shreds, add salt, cooking wine, pepper, and cornstarch, mix well, and marinate in the refrigerator for more than half an hour.

  3. Heat the oil in the pan and stir-fry the shallots and ginger.

  4. Add shredded pork and fry until it changes colour.

  5. Add pickles, sugar and salt and stir well.

  6. Just add a little water and boil.
