The smell of childhood. When I was a kid, I didn’t have much snacks to eat. My mother would fry cassava and various large potatoes in winter, and sprinkle a lot of chopped green onions before cooking. The green onions have a strong aroma. I miss you so much...

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes.

  2. Slice and set aside.

  3. Chop green onions and set aside.

  4. Heat the pan with cold oil, sauté the green onions, add the potatoes and stir-fry until a little golden.

  5. Add the boiling water used for noodles, cover and simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.

  6. When the water is almost dry, add salt, light soy sauce and pepper and stir-fry evenly. Finally sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
