Wash the ribs and cook them in a ginger pot.

Remove the cooked ribs and put them on a plate, add soy sauce, salt, and peppercorns, and steam for half an hour.

Heat a non-stick pan, add oil, and brown the pork ribs on both sides.

The fried pork ribs can be placed on a plate, or placed on the side of the pot like I did. Pour some oil in the middle and add sugar. After the sugar is burned, fry it together with the pork ribs.

Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour some vinegar.

Put the soup in the steaming tray and add a little water. Because salt was added when steaming before, you don’t need to add salt here. If you think it’s not salty enough, add some salt here.

If you like soup, add more water and cook it to your liking.

Actually, I should have sprinkled some sesame seeds on the pan, but I had some leftover green onions on hand, so I added some, but it didn’t look that good.
