Add the egg liquid in 3 batches, beat with a whisk evenly, and fully combine with the butter.

Wrap it in plastic wrap, roll it out with a rolling pin into 0.3cm slices, it's best to rub it cold for ten minutes for better molding.
-
Use the prototype mold to press into a disc.
-
Spread evenly onto the baking sheet. If it's difficult to pick up, use a rubber spatula to help.
-
Heat the oven up and down at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the surface turns golden.
-
Heat the chocolate over water and melt.
-
Pick up the cooled biscuits, dip them in chocolate, turn them in another direction, and the doll's hair will be ready.

According to the recipe, you can make 16-20 pieces. I increased the portion and made a lot. They are neatly arranged and so cute.
