Boiled Choy Sum
Overview
Last week, I went to the head office for a meeting with the director and another colleague. When we came back, it was almost noon. The director said that I would invite you two to Hongzhuangyuan for a simple lunch. After the group sat down, because the director was a vegetarian, he ordered a boiled cabbage heart and a stir-fried snow pea. He ordered a porridge and a hand cake, and another colleague and I ordered a fried rice together. I am an authentic northerner, and boiling and stir-frying are common cooking methods in the south. I didn't expect it to be delicious, although there is an unavoidable smell of oil when eating out. On the weekend, I immediately bought snow peas and fried them. Wow~ they were really delicious. Later, I added some oyster sauce and stir-fried it, which made it taste even better. This time I saw the fresh cabbage sum, so I immediately took a handful. Let's eat boiled cabbage sum for lunch. It tastes great!
