Bacon and Cheese Bread
Overview
I bought two new bacon sausages two days ago. I don’t know how they tasted good. After discussing with my daughter, I decided to make bread. I made pizza yesterday and it was finished before it cooled down. I didn’t go to the market today so I made simple bread.

Steps
-
First put the eggs, water, butter, sugar and salt into the bucket of the bread machine (I have to admit, it is really convenient to have a bread machine)
-
Then I put in high-gluten flour. I used the cup that comes with the bread machine and filled it with two spoons. In fact, the water absorption rate of the flour purchased by everyone is different. The ratio of flour to water here is not absolute and depends on your own situation.
-
Finally, add the baking mother powder, put the bread barrel back, knead the dough, and ferment for two hours before taking it out to deflate the dough.
-
Divide the dough into 8 portions, roll into round cakes, and divide into two plates.
-
Spray a layer of water and put it back in the oven for the second fermentation. Just like this, it will double in size.
-
First spread a layer of tomato sauce with a small spoon.
-
Then add the bacon sausage slices.
-
Then put some cheese shreds on top. Just preheat the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 17 minutes. (The temperature of the oven is different, so you need to adjust the time according to the temperature of your own oven)

It’s out of the oven, I can’t wait to take a bite!
