1. 1 Bayu divided into two halves

   

2. 2 The fish bones are quite beautiful

   

3. 3 Use a small spoon to scrape off the meat

   

4. 4 Add some fat ginger and chop it together

   

5. 5 A good helper for removing fishy smell

   

6. 6 My arms are sore from this step

   

7. 7 The photos are not pretty. But it tastes great

   

8. 8 Add winter melon, seaweed and dried shrimps. It’s really delicious
