Overview
The Laba porridge in my hometown is very simple. It is made with bacon and winter vegetables. Although it is simple, it is an unforgettable taste, because every time I eat it, I will think of my deceased grandma and the days I lived with her.

After washing the pearl rice, soak it in water and cooking oil for about 1 hour
