Overview

I thought it was too monotonous, so I thought of imprinting a shape on it. Of course, it took a while to do the initiation. If you are worried about trouble, you can just do it directly. I don't mind it. I used a baking mold to print it, but you can print it in the shape you like. The brine is also left over from braising the pig's trotters before. They say the more brine the more fragrant it is, and it's true!

  1. The eggs are first boiled in water.

  2. After removing the shell, lightly stamp the heart shape with a mold (I forgot to take a picture) and put it into the boiling brine.

  3. Turn on medium-low heat and simmer slowly for about 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it soak for more flavor. Just take it out when you want to eat it, or eat it right away.
