Put two pieces of dried tofu into boiling water and remove them for one minute.

Prepare a large leaf of lettuce, a handful of green onions, half a cucumber cut into strips, and a small handful of coriander.

Lay out the dried tofu and arrange the prepared vegetables.

Cut diagonally into small pieces.
