After Double Eleven, my handmade noodles

After Double Eleven, my handmade noodles

Overview

I love and hate Double Eleven. I selected a few clothes on November 10th. I originally wanted to go to a certain store to take pictures on Double Eleven. However, after I finished making bread and went online at 10 o'clock, I found out that all the clothes I wanted were sold out...I burst into tears! ! How many people are buying things? What kind of trouble is this? In grief and anger, I resolutely bought the noodle machine I had longed for. I had been eyeing the noodle machine for two years. I really wanted to buy it, but it felt very impractical, but! I felt sorry for myself if I didn’t buy anything on Double Eleven, so I gritted my teeth and bought one even though the price was the same as usual! By the way, we also spent money on Double Eleven~!

Steps

  1. Add an egg, a little salt, and an appropriate amount of water to the high-gluten flour. Stir it into a floc first, then knead it into a dough, and let it sit for 30 minutes. The dough should be relatively hard; if it is too soft, the noodles will stick to each other.

  2. You can sprinkle a little flour on the noodle machine to prevent sticking. If you have cornmeal at home, it is best to sprinkle it with cornmeal for better anti-sticking effect.

  3. Slice the dough, then press it with your hands into a piece of dough about one centimeter thick. Put it into the dough press, first set it to level 7, press it into a thick sheet, press it twice, then set it to level 3, and press it two more times. When pressing the dough, be sure to put more flour on both sides of the dough, otherwise the pressed dough sheets will easily stick together. If the dough is very soft, you can make up for it in this step by pressing the dough a few more times, then patting more flour on it until it is of moderate hardness. I was busy making noodles...I forgot to take pictures!

  4. Okay, the noodles are made! The noodles made by hand are very chewy. The key is that you can feel confident making them at home without adding any preservatives or additives. Moreover, it is very easy to cook and takes less time to cook than noodles.

  5. Okay, you're done! My queen mother immediately put the noodles in the pot and took out the cabbage noodle soup! If you make too many noodles and can't finish them, you can sprinkle a little more flour on them, put them into bags according to the amount you can eat at one time, then put them in the freezer of the refrigerator, freeze them, and cook them directly when you eat them, or dry them and store them. Of course, it’s best not to cook too much, it’s still fresh and delicious!
