Soft steamed bun slices
Overview
There were only cucumbers, tomatoes, eggs and a few old-noodle steamed buns in the refrigerator. The sun was shining brightly outside, so I was too lazy to go out, so I cooked them in a hurry, and they tasted pretty good. ^_^

Steps
-
Cut the old noodle steamed buns into slices about one centimeter thick
-
Prepare a bowl of water and dip the sliced steamed buns here before putting them in the pot. This can reduce the amount of oil absorbed by the steamed buns (it should also taste good if you switch to milk)
-
Add some salt to the beaten egg liquid to enhance the flavor, and let the steamed bun slices soaked in water roll again.
-
Put the steamed bun slices coated in egg liquid into a hot oil pan and slowly fry them to dry out the moisture. Usually, they are done when both sides are golden brown.

It is a very nutritious breakfast to serve with dry oil and serve it cold with cucumbers! The oil used in frying the steamed buns and the remaining egg liquid were not wasted and I made a tomato and egg soup^_^
