Cute cupcakes
Overview
I used sponge cake as the base to make this cute chick cake. Because I don’t like cream, I happened to have boiled sweet potatoes, so I used the sweet potatoes to decorate them. The egg yolk biscuits turned into cute chicks. What do you think? Are you attracted by the cuteness? Wow haha~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour the eggs, salt and sugar into a mixing bowl, and heat the butter in a microwave until melted.
-
With the electric egg beater off for now, beat the eggs and powdered sugar evenly, then turn on low speed to beat evenly. Turn to medium-high speed and continue beating until the egg liquid continues to expand until it becomes fine and thick.
-
Continue to beat at high speed until the whisk head is pulled up and the figure 8 is not easily disappeared
-
Sift in the low-gluten flour and use a spatula to stir evenly from the bottom up.
-
Until there is no dry powder or particles, remember not to stir in circles, as this will cause severe defoaming.
-
Add the warmed butter along the spatula. Stir quickly to combine.
-
Have paper cups ready. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
-
Use a small spoon to carefully scoop the mixture into the cup, filling it eight-quarters full, or put it into a piping bag and squeeze it into the cup.
-
Put it into the preheated oven and bake it for 25 minutes at 170 degrees up and 155 degrees down or 165 degrees up and down.
-
Take out of the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
-
How to make chicken: steam the sweet potatoes, mash them, sift them and make sweet potato puree.
-
Put the piping bag into a piping mouth (any piping mouth will do, just cut a slit if you don’t have a piping mouth) and put the sweet potato puree into it. Squeeze a random pattern on the cup.
-
Cut the carrot into thin slices and use a knife to carve out the chick's mouth and crown.
-
Decorate the eyes with baking-resistant chocolate beans, and dip a little mashed sweet potato into them to fix on the egg yolk biscuits. Assemble them together and a cute little chicken is ready.
