Ingredients
Steps
-
Separate the eggs and mix the egg yolks, flour, salad oil, baking powder and milk evenly
-
Add the sugar to the egg whites in two batches and beat
-
Just make sure the egg whites don’t fall off
-
Put one-third of the egg whites into the batter and turn it upside down to make it even. Do not stir
-
Pour the batter into the egg whites and turn them upside down evenly
-
Wrap the bottom of the mold with tin foil, brush the entire mold with salad oil and put it in the oven to preheat at 160 degrees for about 3 minutes
-
Pour in the batter and shake it up and down to remove air bubbles
-
Invert the prepared cake until it cools down
-
Unmould the cake and cut it into two pieces. Cut the kiwi fruit into pieces and set aside
-
Whip 300 grams of cream until it has texture
-
Take a piece of cake and put it on the decorating table, apply a layer of cream and put kiwi fruit
-
Cover with another piece of cake and spread the cream. Don’t spread it too thickly or too well, because you will need to cover it with a layer of cream later
-
Leave a small half bowl of white cream, add the rest of the fruity powder and mix well
-
Place the doll wrapped in tin foil into the cake
-
Mount pink strips of cream on top, add small white balls one by one, and add an appropriate amount of pearl sugar
